Sedona, AZ: Some times laughter is the greatest medicine. Just think, if we all could be healed with laughter - wouldn't it be great!

I knew a wonderful healer many years ago. She told a facinating story about going to the hospital to visit a dear friend that was dying. Her friend had a cyst on her lung and they couldn't operate, and so she lay dying in the hospital. In the sadness of the moments before death as they were speaking, something came up that was quite humorous and they both burst out laughing. Next thing you know the cyst burst and the woman lived many years to follow. So, sometimes laughter really is the best medicine!

I often tell clients they can truly be healed by many things if they truly believe it. Sounds silly I know, but laugh if you will- it is really o.k. With me. Laughter makes you feel good. Ice cream makes you feel good too!
