Happy Spring! Spring is a great time for cleansing, purification and renewal. Spring is a great time for watching nature and learning from nature. Here's a great cleanse for "Spring Cleaning!"
It originated from The Seneca Indians.
This cleanse has the following effect: The first day your colon gets cleansed. The second day you release toxins, salt and calcium deposits from your body. The third day you replenish the body with minerals. The fourth day the body, lumph and organs are revitalized !The First day eat only fruits. Eat all you want but no bananas.
The second day drink only herb teas. You can sweeten only slightly with honey or maple sugar.
The third day eat all the vegetables you want either raw or steamed or both.
The fourth day make a big pot of vegetable broth by boiling lots of wonderful organic vegetables together. Season with sea salt or vegetable broth cubes.
The latest news is that the book "Angel Presence Angel Presents A Most Holy Book, Words from God and The Angels" is finally translated into Japanese and is also printed! $33.30 US.
You make a prayer over the book. Where ever the book opens is your message from The Angels. Some people say that they have been healed by this book. Some people pray over this book every day. ANGEL'S YUMMY HEALTHY ALMOND MILK

The best part about these recipes is there are no additives! no hormones! no antibiotics! and it is yummy good too!I have had so many people ask me for this recipe! I am writing this article especially for everyone that wants to stay healthy and experience the wonderful health benefits from eating in a more pure and natural way.
Take two cups of organic raw almonds. Soak in pure filtered water 24 hours. Drain off all the water and let those little almonds rest for a while. They should have little sprouts to let you know they are alive and full of healthy enzymes and good vibrations.
Pour the almonds into boiling water for about one minute and strain immediately. This is called blanching the almonds. Now, when you squeeze the almonds they will pop right out of their skins!Place the raw almonds in a blender with six cups of pure water and blend on high until it is all liquified.
Have a large gallon glass bottle with a wide opening on top. Place a fine strainer over the jar and slowly pour the liquified almonds into the strainer and let the almond milk pour into the glass jar. You are making the most amazing beautiful and divine food right now. Press all the milk through the strainer. Squeeze until there is no longer any liquid to press out. You just made almond milk!
This almond milk is truly delicious. You may add an additional six cups of pure water to this milk to make more of this wonderful drink. The milk will be very rich before adding more water. Try it and adjust it to your taste.For an added treat save that pulp from the strained almond milk and make yourself a wonderful and delicious treat. If you like sweet, grind up an apple and add a little agave (agave is a sweetener made from cactus) and add a dash of vanilla and a little coconut and you have a yummy desert to eat immediately, or freeze it and splurge on a great healthy desert or dehyrate this delicious creation using a food dehydrater and call it the best and healthiest cookies you've ever tasted!
