Many have asked me questions about the times that we are in and about all the changes we feel and experience.

I have written this small article to address 2008 and some of the things you may be experiencing.

This is a year of transformation. Letting go of the old ideas. Surrendering to the Divine.

Reaching for higher knowledge.

On the material plane, that which you resist to let go of shall be a challenge.

Our planet itself is transforming. Land is shifting, temperatures are shifting.

Things we once considered as normal are all in a transformation. How can we move through this most incredible time?

Remember The Buddah has said nature is the greatest teacher and nature is the greatest healer. When you find yourself being shifted this way and that, get close to nature. Quiet your mind. Feel the harmony of the Divine all around you. Surrender to the greatness of which we are all a part.

We are like a garden of flowers, slightly different and unique, yet very much the same.

You can watch a lovely little flower swaying in the breeze. It does not worry about tomorrow. It is in the glorified moment of the present. See the joy and happiness of the life experience.

We are spiritual beings having a physical experience on this material plane. We are here to grow and ascend into higher levels of awareness and enlightenment.

What is the lesson? Release and let go of old ways. Step into the transformation and always know that no matter what happens, it is for your highest good. Sometimes it does not make any sense at first but when you live the lifetime long enough then you can see how it all works out.Walk through it with love in your heart.

Realize how very special you truly are. Embrace life and all of its adventures. Cherish every moment.

You are walking through an amazing time in history. Now is the time to raise yourself up in divine ways and walk on your path to spiritually elevate. Let go of negativity. Let go of harsh thoughts. Find the harmony and love within yourself and all of life that surrounds you. Embrace all of life.
